Warranty Service

Each engagement ring purchase includes the following complimentary services:

• One free RING sizing within one year from date of purchase
• One free refurbish and rhodium plating within two years of purchase
• Free professional cleaning and inspection
• Warranty applies to original purchaser and is non-transferrable

Mounting Guarantee

All mountings are guaranteed against manufacturer defects in material for twelve months from the date of purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy

items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days, in original condition with all documentation.

  ***A 5% restocking/credit card fee will be charged on all returns***

Please note:

• Due to the delicate nature of pave’ and micro-prong set diamonds, diamond loss is expected.
• 14k and 18k white gold will eventually turn yellowish in color as the rhodium plating wears.
• IDS does not recommend the use of rose gold due to the softness and high probability of diamond loss.
• Appraisals should be filed with your insurance company as quickly as possible as it is your only protection from financial loss if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged.
• A Diamond Laboratory Grading Report/Certificate is an independent third-party opinion regarding the quality of the diamond. The standards that the various laboratories use are not uniform. Accordingly, Israel Diamond Supply LLC (IDS) transmittal or use of any such report should not and does not imply IDS'S agreement with or endorsement thereof.
• IDS discourages anyone from purchasing any type of diamond as an investment.
