- Do you ship to PO box addresses?
No. We use UPS for our shipments and they do not deliver to PO Boxes. In addition, someone must sign for the package.
- I don't have a credit card, can I prepay by check?
Yes. you would need to call and make arrangements. Financing, with approved credit, is also available.
- Do you collect tax on my purchase?
If you are a resident of the state of Oklahoma sales tax is applicable.
- Would you clean my jewelry purchased from Israel Diamond once a year?
Yes. You may bring in or ship your jewelry to us for annual cleaning. Your items will be professionally buffed, put through an ultra sonic cleaning machine, and steamed. This is all done at no charge!
- How do I know I'm getting the best price?

- I see an item on your website in white gold, can I order it in a different metal?
Yes. The majority of our jewelry is available in 14KW / 14KY / 18KW / 18KY / platinum, and palladium.
- Your pendants do not show a chain. Do they come with a chain?
Yes. Every pendant comes with a 16" gold chain. Longer chains are available upon request. Please contact us for a price quote.
- Is your color and clarity grading accurate?
Very! stone quality consistency is extremely important for us. Our stone sorters are GIA graduates.
- My ring does not fit. Can you resize it for me?
Yes. Israel Diamond Supply employs its own Master Jewelers. Your ring will be sized and shipped back to you in a timely manner. In most cases a ring can be resized, but in the event that it can not, we will be happy to discuss what options are available to you.
- How much extra does platinum cost?
The difference in cost depends on the current platinum market price and the weight of the item. Please call us for a price quote.
