WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED?

  • Most in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days from date of purchase. 
  • Processing times may take longer due to:
    • Product Availability
    • Finger Size
    • Metal type
  • Special/Custom orders shipping time will vary. Please contact us for specific time frame.
  • A representative from Israel Diamond Supply will contact you when your item is ready to ship. 
  • Please note, your item will not ship until we speak with you to confirm the shipping address and delivery date.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

All orders are shipped insured via FedEx overnight delivery. *

  • All of Israel Diamond Supply’s shipments require a signature upon delivery. 
  • All shipments must be sent to either a business address or be held at an authorized FedEx facility for pickup.
  • Residential deliveries are not available at this time

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Israel Diamond Supply only ships within the United States.

 

*Israel Diamond Supply is not liable for any delays in shipping due to FedEx, inclement weather, etc.

 

Shipping your item to Israel Diamond Supply 

Option #1

  • Send your items USPS registered mail with insurance
  • Make sure the items are securely boxed prior to taking the package to USPS.
  • Include a note inside the package with all your contact information, age of the items and anything you would like done.
  • Once we receive the items, we will inspect them to see if any additional work is needed and if there will be a cost.
  • We will call you with that information and an approximate date of when they will be completed.
  • When the item is ready, we will call you regarding shipping back to you. The cost to ship back to you is $60



Option #2

  • We will email you a prepaid FedEx label under our insurance.
  • The cost is currently $60.
  • The label is only good for 1 day, so you would need to call us 1-2 days prior to you shipping the item, so we can issue the label.
  • Make sure the items are securely boxed prior to taking the package to a FedEx Ship and Print center.
  • If needed, we can let you know the closest FedEx facility for you to take the package.
  • The package cannot be dropped off at a Walgreens, Hardware store, etc.
  • Include a note inside the package with all your contact information, age of the items and anything you would like done.
  • Once we receive the items, we will inspect them to see if any additional work is needed and if there will be a cost.
  • We will call you with that information and an approximate date of when they will be completed.
  • When the items are ready, we will call you regarding shipping back to you. The cost to ship back to you is $60

 

Returns

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt of purchase, in original condition with all original documentation. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • Custom/special ordered merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • A 5% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
