All items purchased from Israel Diamond receive our warranty and mounting guarantee at no charge.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase, in original condition with all original documentation. Custom/special ordered merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. A 5% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. For more details, please read our Shipping & Returns Policy.

We recommend bringing your item in every 6 months to 1 year for a complimentary cleaning and product checkup.

Diamond care is a preemptive measure to help maintain the security of your diamonds. We will check for loose stones and any damage, including prongs that are bent, pulled, caught or broken during normal wear.

  • Soak your diamond and precious metal ring (14kt, 18kt or platinum) for 5-10 minutes in a 50/50 solution of blue Windex and hydrogen peroxide
  • Gently brush with a soft toothbrush
  • Rinse with warm water
  • Lay flat to dry or gently dry with a soft paper towel
  • This should be done every week or two to keep your diamonds clean
