Important Information

  • Due to the delicate nature of pavé and micro-prong settings, some maintenance should be expected over the lifetime of the jewelry, and diamond loss may occur.
  • 14kt and 18kt white gold may develop a yellowish appearance over time as the rhodium plating naturally wears and may require periodic replating.
  • Israel Diamond Supply LLC does not recommend rose gold for certain designs due to the characteristics of the metal and the increased potential for stone loss in delicate settings.
  • Jewelry appraisals should be submitted to your insurance company as soon as possible. Proper jewelry insurance is your primary protection against financial loss resulting from loss, theft, or accidental damage.
  • A diamond laboratory grading report or certificate represents the independent opinion of a third-party laboratory regarding the characteristics and quality of a diamond. Grading standards may vary among laboratories. Accordingly, Israel Diamond Supply LLC's (IDS) transmission or use of any such report does not constitute IDS's agreement with or endorsement of the laboratory's findings.
  • IDS discourages purchasing natural or lab-grown diamonds for investment or future resale purposes. There is no established institutional resale market available to consumers that guarantees future value or liquidity.
  • IDS does not guarantee, speculate upon, or determine the future value of any jewelry or diamond purchased.
  • IDS has no control over offers or valuations made by third-party secondary-market purchasers, including pawn shops, private buyers, resale businesses, or other secondary-market sources.
