Without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future, I hereby give my consent to Israel Diamond Supply, its affiliates, partners, and agents, to use my image, name, and likeness and/or any interview statements from me in its publications, advertising or other media activities (including the Internet).

Definitions

1. "Content" refers to any still or motion photographs, films, illustrations, animations, audio, or other recordings captured of the individual or property, including but not limited to appearance, likeness, and voice.
2. "Consideration" refers to any form of compensation or value exchanged for the rights granted under this release, as detailed within this agreement.
3. "Media Activities" encompasses all actions related to using the Content in publications, advertisements, or other media outlets, including but not limited to digital, print, promotions, broadcast, and online platforms.
4. Data Protection:The parties agree that personal information will be used solely for the purposes related to this agreement and will be handled with strict confidentiality. Personal information will not be disclosed except as necessary for licensing the Content or as required by law. All personal data will be stored and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
5. Content Modification Rights: The undersigned grants Israel Diamond Supply the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the Content for any lawful purpose. However, the Content may not be used in a way that is directly detrimental to the individual or entity depicted without their further consent.
6. Liability Release: The undersigned releases and forever discharges Israel Diamond Supply and its agents, employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from all claims, demands, and causes of action which the undersigned, their heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on the undersigned’s behalf or on behalf of the undersigned’s estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
7. Digital Signature and Submission: This Agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Electronic signatures are deemed valid and binding upon the parties as if they were handwritten signatures.

This consent includes, but is not limited to:

• Permission to use my name, to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of me and/or record my voice.
• Permission to use quotes from the interview(s) (or excerpts of such quotes), the film, photograph(s), tape(s) or reproduction(s) of me, and/or recording of my voice, in part or in whole, in its publications, in newspapers, magazines, and other print media, on television, radio and electronic media (including the Internet), in theatrical media and/or in mailings for educational and awareness.
• As a property owner or corporate representative, I grant permission the use images or footage taken on the property of the provided address for commercial use. (Property Release)
• This consent is given in perpetuity and does not require prior approval by me.  

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.
